I am very wary of Estate Agents as I’ve had previous bad experiences, however Dean has definitely changed my mind! Even before we viewed the property, Dean was very responsive to questions we had via phone call and messages. During the viewing, Dean allowed us plenty of time to really take the whole property in and didn’t rush us or pressure us at all. Throughout the whole buying and selling experience the communication between all of the parties involved was driven by Dean. I can quite honestly say that I don’t think we would have completed our sale by the Stamp Duty deadline if it wasn’t for Dean. I could always trust him to respond to queries even at 9pm of a night, he’s very committed! I highly recommend Dean and he’s restored my faith in the industry, my family and I can’t thank him enough.
