Typical Landlord Charges

• First months rent (not including gas and electrical safety certs)
• Tenant referencing charges = £50 each tenant

Note: other charges that you may be liable for, may consist of:
• Inventory pre and end of tenancy = £150 – £600 (dependant on size)
• Tenancy Contract Extension/Renewal = £150
• Annual tax statement = £100
• Duplicate Statements = £25
• Additional Inspections £100
 
Fully Managed:
 
• Set Up – £500
• Tenant Referencing charge = £50 each tenant
• 12% + VAT monthly management fee (subject to a minimum £99 + VAT)
