I purchased a property through Dean which completed today and although I’m not one for reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. The whole process of selling and finding an onward purchase has been nothing short of horrifying. As soon as I met Dean at a viewing it was a completely different feel. I had been to numerous viewings spread over various Estate Agents and it felt very rigid and robotic. This wasn’t an issue as it is just how the market is at the moment….or so I thought. Dean brings a very personal feel from the moment you meet him. He knows the properties he is involved with and isn’t reciting a script! This means that questions I had, he could answer. It turned out I loved the property I was viewing and was lucky enough to have my offer accepted. Even though I was not his vendor (and lets be honest, I wasnt paying his bill!) Dean always kept me updated throughout. His years of experience show straight away in his knowledge of the process which is really comforting to someone like me who didn’t have a clue what was going on. No question was too much trouble and he was happy to explain everything to me (often more than once). I can only say this is due to him genuinely caring about what he does and the service he provides. I am so grateful to have had the pleasure of dealing with Dean and I cannot recommend him enough.
