Dean picked up our sale due to the poor performance of a local large estate agent (AP). Finally we mutually exited the poor performing agents. From day one Dean provided a different mindset on marketing the property with a proactive attitude. Through the process Dean was hands on offering advise day or night (we needed a lease extension prior to sale) and pushing all parties at the appropriate time (solicitors in a world of their own!). We appreciate the help and support finally completing today. We would highly recommend his services.
