I just wanted to say a big thanks to you for looking after and seeing the sale of my property through. Having relocated out of Birmingham and having the extra financial pressure of maintaining two properties you managed to sell the house within the first couple of weeks with it having been on with a corporate agent for months previous to that with no success. You were always available to speak too when the inevitable stresses of selling a property came along and although we had unforeseen delays through third parties you managed to keep all parties up to date and ensure the buyers were kept informed throughout the whole process to ensure the sale progressed smoothly with no major alarms.
