I had an evaluation from a DIFFERENT local estate agent prior to Deans’ evaluation. This estate agent didn’t say one positive word about my house and wanted to put it on the market at a lower value, probably for a quick sale! Following that, I felt very unsure about my ability to sell at all and my ability to sell the house at what I believed it was worth. Then I had an evaluation from Dean. He was a breath of fresh air and so reassuring. He was so positive about my house. He loved it as I did and could see the potential for future buyers. He kept in touch regularly and helped me with my queries efficiently. The house was sold in six days. I would highly recommend Dean as an estate agent. 5 Stars.
