I can’t speak highly enough of Dean. In a world where quality customer service is becoming more rare Dean is a leading example of how it should be done. Every step of the way he over reached what was required of he’s service during purchasing a property he was selling. 5 star plus is what Dean deserves. From the moment we met Dean to view our house to sell, we knew we were in safe hands. Dean’s knowledge, enthusiasm and attention to detail meant our house sold on the open day. He has a wonderfully professional way of giving you reassurance and great advice when there are hiccups (and there will be some) to help take away what is a stressful time. He was always there when we needed him. All I can say, is thank you Dean and I will certainly be telling anyone who’s thinking of selling to get in touch with you.

Selling a house is incredibly stressful. I have done it more than once. I pretty much thought all estate agents are charlatans, well mostly they are. However choosing Dean, if you have the chance, would be the best decision you can make. He is always thinking, attentive, straight, and has your back. Has a plan B when things go wrong. Is efficient and can read the mood of buyers and when they are being ridiculous. Conveyancing law in the UK is awful, meaning you have no justification to believe an offer until exchange. With that in mind you need all the help you can get, and Dean is what you need.
