What Can Happen When You Instruct The ‘Valuer’ and NOT The Estate Agents In Birmingham.

Sellers; have you heard from the person who valued your home since their visit?
You know, the person who charmed and sold you the dream you’d be looked after?
The salesman/woman who told you their large, local or nationwide firm had so much reach and clout to get you the best buyer for the best price?
A person who’s infectious, confident & effervescent personality got you hooked?
But it was all a dream and your experiencing a nightmare either being Sold Subject To Contract (congratulations by the way) with very little, none or poor communication from the agent.
Alternatively you’re not sold and been asked to reduce your price so a buyer can be found!
You can’t get hold of that valuer or told “the valuer doesn’t handle the sale of your home, it’s the team of negotiators” (sometimes one).
Most Valuers are PAID or only targeted to ‘get you on the market’ and no other result. Once instructed, you’re passed to a team you’ve never met and all you have to go on are the great words the valuer spoke about them.
Wouldn’t it be great if the person you met on the valuation, the person you bought into, felt you could trust with your biggest asset and would look after you as promised; was the person who actually dealt with everything from start to finish?
Wouldn’t it be great if your agent took pride in the brochure and your property was advertised with quality pictures, a Floor Plan, Video Tour (and not a blinkin photo slideshow ), Matterport 3D Tour, placed on Rightmove (biggest website by far), Zoopla and social media exposure to maximise interest?
How awesome would it be to have an Estate Agent on the end of the phone seven days a week AND AND AND had the ability AND was willing to carry out viewings seven days a week?
Wouldn’t it be great if you paid a fee at the end of a service and the cost was justified for what you actually received?
If only an Estate Agent existed…..
